  • Account Data: Name, email address, password, and billing information (processed by our payment processors).
  • User Content: Audio/video recordings of meetings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
  • Calendar Data: If you connect your calendar, we access meeting titles, times, and participant lists to enable auto-joining features.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Data (Strict Limitation) We use your data for the following purposes ONLY:

  • To provide the Services (e.g., processing audio to create text).
  • To manage your account and billing.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To ensure the security of our platform.

4. NO AI Training on User Data We value your trust.

  • Zero Training Policy: We DO NOT use your User Content (including audio recordings, transcripts, or summaries) to train, fine-tune, or improve our internal AI models or third-party Artificial Intelligence models.
  • Your data is processed in an isolated manner solely to fulfill your specific requests.

5. Data Sharing We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Subprocessors: We use trusted third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting, LLM API providers) to deliver the Services. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place to ensure they protect your data and do not use it for their own model training.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by a subpoena or law enforcement.

6. Data Retention

  • We retain your User Content for as long as your account is active.
  • You have the option to delete specific meetings or your entire account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active servers.

7. Data Security We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
